Quick answers for the exact flows Paxyn ships today: public plan discovery, plan publishing, organizer contact by phone or social link, optional AI Planning Desk guidance, and credit purchases through Apple in-app purchase.
Quick Reference 01
How do I publish a plan on Paxyn?
Open the publish flow, add at least one cover image, fill in the title, overview, schedule, venue or remote link, guest limit, and contact method, then submit. Paxyn blocks publishing if required fields or the contact format are incomplete.
Quick Reference 02
How do guests contact an organizer?
From the plan detail page, Paxyn opens the organizer's phone number in the dialer or opens the organizer's social link in the browser or linked app. Paxyn does not provide attendee-to-host in-app direct messaging in the current release.
Quick Reference 03
How do I restore purchased credits?
Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase and reopen the Credit Store. If your balance does not refresh after Apple confirms the purchase, email support with the Apple receipt details and the account email used in Paxyn.
Quick Reference 04
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits stay on your Paxyn account for eligible in-app use such as AI Planning Desk guidance. Credits are non-transferable, are not cash, and may expire 12 months after purchase as described in the Terms.
Quick Reference 05
Why did the AI Planning Desk charge credits?
The AI Planning Desk shows the credit cost per note before you submit a request. Credits are deducted only when you choose that optional drafting flow to refine plan copy or planning guidance.
Quick Reference 06
Why does Paxyn need camera access?
Camera access is used to capture cover photos for plans and update your profile portrait directly from the device camera. If you do not want to use the camera, you can cancel that action.
Quick Reference 07
Why does Paxyn need access to my photos?
Photo library access lets you attach existing images to a plan listing and update your portrait from saved media. Paxyn only uses the items you choose.
Quick Reference 08
Why might Paxyn request microphone access?
If you trigger a media flow that captures audio for plan-related content, Paxyn may request microphone permission. Audio access is optional and is not required to browse or publish a text-and-image plan.
Quick Reference 09
How do I report or hide an inappropriate listing?
Open the plan detail page, use the more menu, and choose Report Listing or Hide Plan. Paxyn records that moderation action so the listing can be reviewed and removed from your lineup if needed.
